• Use: You must be a rescue or adopter using RescueOS in good faith. No unlawful or abusive activity.
• Accounts: You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Admins may disable accounts for violations.
• Content: Rescues control their content. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
• Verification badge: Indicates RescueOS performed a basic presence/EIN check. It is not government endorsement.
• Availability: Service is provided “as is”; we may change features or suspend access to protect the community.
• Data: Stored per our Privacy Policy. We may review data for security and moderation.
• Liability: Service provided “as-is” without warranties; liability limited to amounts paid, if any.
• Venue: Texas law and venue govern any disputes.
